The governor Xie fuzhan attended the opening ceremony and declared the fifth session of overseas Chinese and the central plains economic cooperation BBS opening.
Zhuang Rongwen, Deputy Director of the State Council Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, Chu Yaping, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of Henan Provincial People’s Congress , Li Ya, vice-governor, Deng Yongjian, vice chairmen of the CPPCC Henan Provincial Committee, Guo Hongchang, secretary-general of Henan Province, Chen Jiansheng, municipal party Committee Secretary, and the mayor, Zhang Guowei attended this meeting.
