Organized by our company, the visit paid by the delegation on behalf of Luoyang Institute of Technology to Karlstad University, Sweden has been a complete success. Aparting from visiting the campus and exchanging academic views, the both sides signed a new agreement as well, that is 2+2 overseas study project.( 2+2 also known as "dual-campus project of international cooperation", students to complete their studie at "dual campus". It is a cooperative education with foreign universities, by joint training, mutual recognition of credits. The first two years students learn in their country some professional courses and to strengthen their English; then they go to study abroad for the next two years for specialized courses, and finally graduate from foreign universities to obtain bachelor’s degree.). This cooperation provide Luoyang students more opportunities for overseas study, and is of great significance to further promotion in educational and cultural exchange between the two countries
